Viewing activity history

In Salesforce, all your MFT Emails are automatically recorded in the database. You can track an MFT email's activity in the Activity History.

  1. Select one of the following tabs:

    • Account
    • Contact
    • Case
    • Lead
    • Opportunity
  2. Click a specific account, contact, case, lead, or opportunity to view activity history.

  3. Click the subject of an MFT email to view details, including a tracking number, attachments, and other basic information.

  4. To check if attachments were downloaded, click Message Receipt.

    The Message Receipt window opens.

  5. Select the recipients you want to view, or select to view all. You can apply the same option to the attached files.
