Using MFT side panel

MFT Side Panel is a tool in the MFT for Microsoft Outlook add-in that lets users add, manage, and download content from their MFT file system without leaving Outlook.

This feature is only available in Outlook 2013 and above.

The side panel has two tabs, Sent Items and Your Files, where users can view transactions sent with their MFT account and navigate their MFT file system.

Using search bar in side panel

1. Locate the search bar at the top of the MFT Side Panel on either the Sent Items or Your Files tab.
2. Type your search in the search bar and press Enter.
   The MFT Side Panel displays results for either sent emails or files and folders, depending on the tab you are using, Sent Items or Your Files, respectively.

Accessing MFT side panel

1. Navigate to the MFT section in the Outlook toolbar and click View Side Panel.
2. The side panel appears automatically on the right side of the Outlook window.
