Kintone connector
The Kintone connector is an integration tool that allows external systems to interact with Kintone, a cloud-based low-code platform for building custom business applications.
Connector configuration
To configure the Kintone connector to communicate with the Kintone application, set up two components:
- Kintone connection
- Kintone operation
This design provides reusable components that contain connection and operation settings. After building your connection and operation, set up your connector within a process. When the process is defined properly, Integration can utilize the many operations included with the Kintone connector.
Supported APIs
Currently, the Kintone connector supports the following APIs:
- Get apps
- Get form fields
- Get records
- Add records
- Update records
- Delete records
- File upload
- File download
Prerequisites
To utilize the Kintone connector in Integration, you need the following:
- Kintone platform access.
- A basic runtime deployed in either a hosted environment or on a local machine.
After profile generation, update the DATE and TIME fields. The Boomi DATE format yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.SSSZZ should be modified to the Kintone supported format yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ssZZ. Similarly, the Boomi TIME format HH:mm:ss.SSSZZ should be modified to the Kintone supported format HH:mm:ssZZ.
Limitation
- Duplicate field names are not supported by Kintone connector.
